    I run the flame/stim together than finish it off with the buner for a break. Besides, the burner is strong enough by itself. For many, 2 caps/day is plenty. You can always up it to 3-4 for even better effects! I absolutely love this stuff, my favorite fat burner to date. Never really found one...

    I ordered the orange flavor and I definitely enjoy the taste. I added the recommended two scoops to about 10oz of water. This drink was extremely easy to knock down after my workout and my muscles seemed a lot more full on the drive home. :bigok:
