    found out today that i have been eating wayyy over my cals because i did not know that 8 oz cooked white rice = 2 cups...so alll my cals tracking was completely messed up and i was like..why not make it a cheat meal today? about 5 mins ago i had sushi,2 protein bars, half a cake, ALMOST HAD KFC...

    it's funny iv been counting and tracking what i eat. cardio 30-60 mins 3-4 days a week with somewhat heavy lifting. upper body getting cut but only my stomach and love handles stay till the very end :( sucks...clean bulking
