I'm due to finish an 8 week Bioforge/T Force stack soon. Would it be ok to run D-Pol for 60 days afterward? Should I take a break in between? I am going on vacation in January, so I'll be off the BF/TF stack for about 2 weeks during that time.
About two weeks ago I noticed a lot of pain on the outside of my right forearm. I thought maybe I just overdid my prevoius day's shoulder workout and have since taken a week off to go on vacation. Well, it still hurts like a mother...especially when I squeeze things or extend my arm completely...
