can somebody help me i want to bulk up and gain mass but i see no results.
right now im taking:
100% whey protein
l-glutamine
bcaa
mulivitamines
fish oil
my diet is
10am----5 egg withes 2 wheat bread slice cup of oat meal and a cup of milk
12pm----100% whey protein shake and fruit...
