I'm thinking here on this...
- If I workout more, then I will eat more, which means I will have to burn off more calories.
- If I workout less, then I will eat less, which means I will have less calories to burn off.
- If I workout less AND restrict calories ( carbs ) I should be able to...
is it ok to have some honey ( 1 tbls ) in a cup of tea daily?
or will this hamper my cutting goals?
must I avoid every single ounce of 'sugar' ? ( if everything else in my diet is ok )
I had a thought, I wonder if its possible that for my phisiology, withholding carbs might be making my body store fat.
The idea is that the body thinks it needs to store extra in fat since the food easily convertable to energy is in short supply.
How did I not do this excercise when I was young?
Having a history of bad backs..... Anyway, started doing these about 3 months ago and I love them. My lower back is better now at 38 than when I was 18 !
So I did 315 last week, which isn't all that amazing.... and I thought I felt something...
I have a feeling that milk/dairy could be causing me problems in cutting. I use milk a lot in protein shakes, like cheese etc...
If this is true and I were to go off milk entirely .... how soon could I expect to see results in the mirror? 2 weeks?
I am trying to gauge how quickly one can gauge...
Ever since I took some time off ( or reformatted my routine ) to work around an injury I've noticed that since I don't do my arms directly anymore... ( I mostly do compound movements now ).... that I've never really learned to FEEL the biceps. Whenever I would flex the bicep I noticed that it...
Would it be ok to take supplements such as AI / gear while injured?
I injured my right arm playing ball hockey and don't have full use, mostly muscular, tendon and ligament damage. It is healing but I am wondering if the AI would interfear with hormones regulated for healing.
I don't like eating green veggies...nor the work involved in eating and preparing them ( I'm lazy ). I also don't like the taste or texture. So what I do is I take a blender and a cup of water and blend down kale, carrots, celery then strain and drink a pleasing glass of green.
But the next...
the first few days not really noticed anything at 40mcg per day taken in morning. But by the third forth and now fifth day I'm feel really warm. Usually I notice this in the evening.
Starting off at 40mcg day, feeling a bit of a head buzz, and super ravenous but none of the other sides mentioned....no shaking, no sweating. Wondering if I got ripped off.
I read that fasting without food and water makes the fast more aggressive. though no advised for more than a day at a time.
Then I thought, 'could we apply this logic to cardio'?
Not that cardio on a fasted state is new, but the idea of not even drinking water before or during your morning...
fell on it during a game of ball hockey...don't know how exactly, tripped over some legs and hit the ground hard on my right side. Arm was pretty Fup ... great... things were going really well doing clean & jerks, deads etc... anyway. How can I approach my workouts until it is fully healed?
Guy...
I have a rush of energy etc upon waking, but soon after I feel lethargic. Is this normal?
Oftentimes it seems to be in sync with weather patterns. Sunny and bright I feel energetic, if its cloudy/rainy usually feel tired.
Does it get expelled from the body/liver in the urine or stools?
In theory, if the toxics were routed to stools only then one could drink their own urine to re-absorb the anabolic compounds, only this time would they would be purified would they not?
I know this idea may be shocking for many...
specifically biceps.
I notice only after a little weed, can I feel them. Other than that. normally I don't really feel much in the way of anything when working them out.
Is this normal? suggestions?
We all know the refined sugars are bad. But what about stuff like raw honey or agave, OR the unrefined cane sugar?
I like to have a bit in coffee, tea etc... the only part of my diet where I do have a sweet tooth. About 1x-3x a day. ( 2 tbls a time ).
Will these sugary additions affect my...
