    Water. The new liver support

    So my cousin told me that he was going on a 3-5 day "water only cleanse" after his short run of Hdrol: "It will cleanse the liver. It'll put your cells back into homeostasis by pumping out bad toxins and refilling with water" I don't agree with this at all... Why would anyone think this?

    Calf pumps

    Or just a pulled muscle? Today marks the last day of my 6wk 10mg ED run of SD. And I've implemented cardio into these last few weeks. Tonight as I was finishing my light run, I had a pain in my right calf muscle so bad I had to limp home. Any thoughts? I know this is a shot in the dark but...

    Liquid diet?

    Heard of a friend doing this diet and consuming only liquids and absolutely No Food. She got her nutrients solely from protein shakes... With extensive cardio she lost a lot of weight (of course) tell me why this is unhealthy or any other problems that you see with this?
