  1. Taking Oxy Elite Pro

    I recently purchased a bottle of OEP and was just wondering if I could break the capsules and pour the powered into a glass of water and just drink it instead of just swallowing the pills. I cannot take pills unless they are ground up into a powder. Any thoughts would be helpfull. -Zimmer
