The title says it all. I am finishing up in 2 weeks and starting PCT but want to know others opinion on diet and how to train.
I v seen some say to do 5 x5 all the way through to keep up strength?
what would be better. I have 100 10mg dbol. is it better to do bigger doses for a shorter period of time or smaller dose for longer time?
Im thinking 40mg a day for 25 days.
Here is my second cycle
wks 1-12 250mg twice a week Test E
wks 1-4 Oral Dbol 50mg a day
wks 9-12 50mg inject Winny everyother day
Please let me know what you think

My doctor tested me at 4:00pm and levels were 240
He had me retest in the morning at 8:30 and it was 460.
Does this sound right? That seems like a huge change to me.

Does anyone know if I am holdilg water because of too much sodium wouldnt I still lose fat? I have been cutting and have lost 20lbs @ 2 a week but for the last 3 weeks I have not lost anything weight or body fat %. Even if I am reataining water do to extra sodium should i not eventualy lose more...
I heard today from a shop owner who sells both products that they will sometime both be illegal cuz they contrain products that damage the
liver. He said he could show me the report, but I take his word on it.

So, I heard that since the heart is a muscle that roids will/can enlarge
ones heart. I have yet to see any discussion of this as a side effect and just want to know if anyone has any knowledge of this. If so woudl ph apply also, I would assume?
Opinions on epi dosage? I have 18 mg tabs reccomended dosage is 1 tab 1-3 times a day. I would like to hit 2 tabs at a time = 36 mg but also would like to take every 12 hours. 36mg x 2 aday seems high 18mg x 2 a day seems low.
