I Trained shoulders and arms on tues of this week. I usually do on monday and take tues and wed off and do chest on thur but this week was halloween and I worked some OT at work and took my kids out trick or treating so I missed it. My question is, will it be ok to stil train chest on Thursday...
Ive heard that you are supposed to take in sugars right after the workout to boost insulin levels. So i usually take in a gatorade post workout. lately ive had to workout right after work which is about 6:30. My workout gets done around 7:45. My question is, should i still take in the sugars...
