    My rountine for my core is one day ill do front abs and the next day ill do obilques and then the follwing day go back to my front abs.     I aim for about 200-250 grams of protein on training days. I get about 100 grams of protein from food and about 140 grams from whey protein shakes. Should I getting more protein from food instead of from whey? Or does it not matter? (Protein is protein) Thanks

    I started taking size on. In about a week I put on about 5 or 6 pounds. I can tell I'm retaining a lot of water from size on. I going to stop taking it now. My question is is there anyway to get rid of all the water I'm retaining, fast, other than just sweating it out?
