    I got some free samples, but they contain no mixing instructions. I checked the product site, and it says to use 1 scoop per 4-8 oz milk or water. So the question: how big is a scoop? 1 tbl spoon? 2? More? Thanks in advance.

    benadryl vs zyrtec

    Ok so I started taking albuterol 4 mg 3x/ day. Been on for a little over a week and lost 8lbs. Soon I will start taking benadryl to help cleanse my receptors. I already take zyrtec every night for allergies. Do I still need the benadryl? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
