Can We Discuss Shutdown?
I would like to start up this thread to discuss HPTA shutdown - and people's opinion on this topic. I don't think it's really discussed enough and the new guys need more information on it (I think) before they can make a good decision about what types of steroid cycles they should run, how long... -

Good info because there's still a debate on concerning how supressive Osta is. Anyway ... I'd say go with TOREM and some ERASE for PCT. You say you're feeling just fine - that you are strong and don't feel shutdown. So I would just go with 60mg's of TOREM / day for a month - then reassess... -

Won't a 12 week cycle of Test Prop shut him down fast enough and long enough to cause permanent testicular damage (i.e. unable to regain full natural testosterone production - ever)?? Shouldn't he be using HCG with this? I don't know - just asking. -
Is this related to my cycle?
I accidentally rapped myself in the nuts TWICE while practicing with nunchucks within two weeks of starting a cycle. I absolutely can't fathom any other reason for it happening - I'm usually like Bruce Lee with those damn things.- HondaV65

Inflammation, agmatine and muscle growth
I get more DOMS from high reps / low weight and I get less DOMS from low rep / high weight. My muscles don't grow with high reps and low weight so it would seem to me that DOMS isn't the driving factor in hypertrophy.- HondaV65

Does 'Epistane' convert to 'Phera'?
Phera is a lot more "wetter" than Epi. I doesn't automatize but there is something estrogenic going on there. If you got Phera - you'd know it. This isn't to say Phera is bad, back when this rumor that "EPI has Phera" in it started circulating - some guys were extremely excited by that... -

Hot Topic? You mean that TRT is the primary anti-aging technique? I disagree. There's lots of things that we talk about in this forum - TRT is just one. Just because this is the "anti-aging" forum - does that mean everyone needs to have a favorable opinion of TRT in every case that it's used...- HondaV65

IMO, 44 is still too young generally for TRT. I'm 50 and my last test levels came back HIGH, and I was on nothing. And when I say HIGH - I'm talking about levels that a guy in his early 20's would get excited about. All I do is lift heavy and eat a lot of meat and yeah, I do things like DAA...- HondaV65

EPI pct help??
Hard to say - don't know your previous AI usage, don't know when your last cycle was or when or what kind of PCT you did. I have heard of people getting gyno on cycle from Epi - but I don't see how it can happen unless (a) they aren't using real epi or (b) their systems weren't at homeostasis...
