    Best way to find out is to check your blood pressure. The only side I have had from Shield and Defend was a little flushing the first time I took it. I have noticed allergies seem to be better when taking it too.

    I got a couple of bottles last week. I might pick up a few more in case I need to take a more intensive dose. I normally have a strong immune system so normal dosing should be fine as a preventative measure. This is a product a lot of people should have on hand right now.

    Garlic would be a great ingredient for a heart health product. I think ecklonia cava could fit too. It has a lot of properties that would benefit heart health. Bilberry is one of the ingredients in Mirtogenol.
