Well, to go with the title, these are the best tasting I have ever had though not healthiest due to the mono/diglycerides inclusion. Maybe they felt guilty about that and put a warning to not have more than 3 a day :D

It is no placebo. That is very much like coming back from a long diet except that you skip many steps and go straight to higher cellular metabolism. With solid T3 and of course cortisol, your work capacity would increase substantially.
As I noted on the last page, the low calories and therefore...
Actually, it takes one week to notice the blood sugar curve smoothing as you drop some fat and store more muscle glycogen. Both workouts and appearance improve at that point.
It is more likely that you will gain some as your cellular energy picks up and you start to find explosiveness in the movements at the gym. Keep us posted. Again, I am glad you found someone who knows what works and apply it.
Congrats on finding a better doctor and on feeling better. How much T3 per day?
You will likely be staying in the physiological range of free T3 so catabolism is a non-issue.
Sorry to hear. A new doctor becomes a necessity now.
Judging thyroid status mostly on TSH levels is almost as asinine as judging testosterone mostly on LH.
Yes, thyroid but cortisol too in parallel. Ideally, one would check for thyroid antibodies first as taking too much or any T4 may be contraindicated when such exist.
True in theory but rare in practice, I think, as I don't see valid high cortisol tests from such users, only claims to those presumably high levels. I'd argue people take EC primarily or secondarily to bring their low cortisol up to normal. Same for the T4 to T3 conversion, sure, high cortisol...
It is.
Bloodwork looks typical of low leptin levels or signaling (after long dieting as you mentioned above): either lower hormones or lower cell availability through increased binding globulins/ reverse T3.
Increasing calories would help some. Most likely, there is nothing OTC that would...
