    If the goal is to retain muscle in a caloric deficit it will work well for that on a cut. It will harden you up also so its a nice cutter.

    It's always hard to say no to a SERM but if you stick to bottle directions I think you can get away with OTC pct.. If you go over I would say a SERM is required.

    I just had mine lapse about a year ago.. maybe a year and a half now. I maintained it for about 8 years the only thing they ever did was a 9 panel for drug use. But the credit checks and other crap were a bigger pain in the ass.

    Under your tongue does help and there will be a limit to the length of time increasing up take sublingually so what dissolved will simply go into the stomach still. Long story short hold them under your tongue as long as you can for best results.
