you have to commit to eating.....training is actually secondary to hard gainers, and mass gainers dont work. Pump sets dont make you bigger, eating does.
no, you cant gain wieght on this routine naturally....your output and metabolic rate is too high, it wouldnt matter how many calories you ate- you could eat 10,000 calories a day and your body would just dump it all, youd be going the bathroom all day....you have to slow down if you wantt to...
just change the methodology for your training of your arms...adding an exercise isnt going to do anything. You need a radical change in protocol, like tons of volume and pump sets on one end of the spectrum, or go super heavy and compound for sets of 5 or less...if you are eating enough then...
I do the dextrose carb slam during my workout, keeps my energy level up- then I eat a normal meal with a protien shake post workout...works well for me but I am a powerlifter and stay int he gym fora couple of hours with longer rest periods between sets
adding dextrose powder to a gatorade and drinking that post workout will give you then carb rush, then just eat high glycimic carbs with your meal- white rice, mashed potatoes, yams, etc
usually the inner head of tri is neglected and outer head on bicep and brachialis- focusing on these two areas will give you the thickness. hammer curls, close grip bench etc
eat about a 1000 more calories per day than you have been, pushing it too far will just make your body dump it all, ie. youll just poop and pee more and not gain any weight
simple...go back on, problem solved. surprised your bodyfat is still that low, but hitting those calorie amounts each day and having nothing happen is doubtful
"bulking" and "scared of getting fat"......paradox....gaining size without bodyfat change naturally is a myth. If you eat you will grow, either you want to be big or you want to be ripped...Im sure if you put on 10lbs of weigth and gained 3 or 4 percent you'll still look good but your arms will...
sumo diet.....2 meals a day, go look that up, it works for those guys...also carb backloading is similar....only protien and fat all day until after training, then massive cabs until bed- you'll feel like your starving all day haha
building "lean" muscle only IS possible but takes time.... a long time. Most people who are posting about this are looking for a 10 lbs of muscle increase and a 1 month commitment.....try 6 to 8 months for your 5 to 8 lbs of muscle (naturally).....not naturally, theres your one month commitment.
