Rhodiola is great for energy production if you have a slower metabolism, if you have a higher metabolism then you may end up skipping meals as a result.
These dont work in any kind of noticeable results way....Im sure arginine or L dopa does well in rats or lab mice, but in terms of yielding physical results that most people are thinking of ie. fat loss, muscle gains your better off with more effective methods.
As a powerlifter and pro level armwrestler Ive been using ibuprofen regularly for years....6 at a time in the evenings. Ive never experienced any negative side effects....no stomach or liver problems. I think people go a little overboard on the potential for toxicity, Ive never heard of anyone...
I use type 2 chicken collagen....I compete at the professional level in armwrestling and have had no wrist or elbow joint pain in 6 months since I started taking it. I encapsulated mine and take 2 800mg pills a day. The stuff blows regular joint support away.
VITAL is a strong word haha, sounds like a supplement ad. Just eat right and enough food to do what you want to do...but hey, at least multivitamins are cheaper then every other supplement
you need more fat in your diet...skinny people that eat clean and are trying to gain weight are ridiculous....if you have a fast metabolisn then use your activity level to get you into or keep you in the shape you want to be in, dont worry so much about diet. slow down if you want to put on...

your activity level may be to blame...a fast metabolism coupled with even moderate activity throughout the day can stop gains....i believe that hardgainers often both miscalculate the amount of calories they need to compensate for metabolic rate and also overestimate how many calories they...
trying to figure out of its fat or muscle by formula is a waste of time....use a mirror. If you put on 5 lbs and you look and feel better then you did good, if you look worse and feel like crap then it was fat. simple.
adrenal fatigue is almost always from caffiene....dehydrates you, screws with normal energy production and natural rythyms. I had adrenal fatigue really bad for awhile and it was because I was drinkng a rockstar for breakfast evryday- the rest of my measl would be normal but I would be in a coma...
Add sodium to your diet...a few pounds of water weight will make you "feel" bigger outside the gym...if your skinny then this works every time...sodium load my friend!
The key is consistency...eating 3500 calories for 3 days in a row and then 2000 calories and then 2800 calories etc.etc. just doesnt cut it. Eat 3500 calories for 30 days straight, no excuses, just do it and hold yourself accountable no matter what and you will gain weight. All the counting and...
