you should decrease it to only 2 protein shakes a day and see how your body reacts. I know if I drink alot of company protein shakes(especially with milk) it's like hell on earth. my wife hates me for that ;-). now I just make my own shake wit whey.- boricuarage

true, I was reading DR D pulse oral thread and normally you would dose higher. my next question is do I still need support supps for a pulse. Like Hawthorne berries, I can not find them here!! flipping Germany, but I do go the milk thistle.. maybe I will ask a German pharmacist.. military base...- boricuarage
