I think point 4 could be used to help a lot of people struggling with this. Changing my diet and adding cardio all but eliminated my depression. The side effects and long term consequences of the drugs that doctors throw around can be pretty disturbing
I actually posted a similar question regarding sinus issues when I took straight alpha yohimbine a while back, but in my experience after a few days the sinus issues cleared. I never had that issue with alphamine but I'm pretty sure my body just got used to yohimbine in general.
Just came back to alphamine after a fairly long (and painful) break. Wow. Nothing gets me sweating like this stuff.... EC doesn't come close, which I find very odd. Love it, and missed it thoroughly.

Too much protein can indeed kick you out of ketosis, but I haven't had that problem and I have been doing 64% fat 33% protein and 3% carbs.
