    These guys are right. I got a simple out-patient minor surgery on my face and forgot to let the doctor know I had taken aspirin the day before, he says I was bleeding like a pig! I may have STILL bleed like a pig even if I had not taken the aspirin, but I am sure it did not help!

    Millenium Sports Ragnarok Ultra Caffeine Free. This stuff is REALLY good and the ingredient profile is one of the most complete and high-qual I have ever seen! Omega Sports Ultima is decent, but the performance I get out of it does not equal the price and ingredient list. PNI Prodigy is good also.

    Thoughts on BPI

    Muscle-Tech's containers are so convoluted that it's hard to tell what your buying! Every company has hits and misses, some more than others. BPI has some decent stuff, just have to know what your buying.
