1. food or anything that will elevate insulin (aminos, carbs, ..)
2. split as much as you can
3. detrimental to your wallet, but well worth it for your physique
3. read 1. Also you could take anything that will help with what you're waiting for LCLT to do
Clearly no, I remember using 400-600mg of caffeine daily at the times I used it. (in april 2011 and from march to may 2012)
I've used up to 3cc of CSC + 1.5 sc Mesomorph, so I'm not that stim sensitive.
i found multiples labels for the NO Fury.
If there is some caffeine in it, be careful as ripped fuel also contains caffeine.
Start with a low dosage and slowly make it up to max dose if you can handle it.
Focus XT is good for focus (obvs) and enhancing both short term and long term memory.
This kinda surprised me. It provides a very calm energy, wich is great.
One downside is the crash (I've never see someone mention it on the forums, but it's pretty hard for me) , the only solution I've found...
Monster pump is good only if you buy the 10scoop tub.
Focus XT and Hemavol, both are good products but don't contains any creatine.
Other good options are MAN Clout, Controlled Labs Green bulge (two creatine products that gives good strength gains), GN Superpump MAX (good preworkout).
purple wraath and purple psyko both have good profiles
2-3 scoops are good dose, making them expensive, but are well worth the cost (prob in the best of the intraW available)
Strong dosages here. lol
5,6g for creatine, beta-alanine, COP ?
3,2g for BCAA+taurine+Sustamine ???
1,2g for NAT, Glucuronolactone, caffeine ??
Everything = Tyrosine, B6, B12, glucuronolactone, creatine ?
come on, those are pretty cheap.
Depends on the duration of your workout.
I plan to have 10g pre and 10g intra in the next months, but i'll cut down my training time to 1h-1h30
It's hard to tell because carnitine should be taken preW, but WPH preW is a waste (even though 5g is not much).
IMO
preW = 2scoops compete + 8g BCAA...
The question has no sense .
What do you expect from booth ?
BA -> more endurance (good from booth cardio and sets of +20reps), better recovery (there's better options for that)
Agmatine -> pumps that last, lower BP ; not so much an ergogenic.
500mg Agmatine + 2g COP
VS
12g BCAA + 2g BA
Depends if you want to look bigger during a few hours or if you want to perform better and improve your bodycomp long term wise.
