  1. New Year = New Changes ... Going Gluten-Free?

Cordain has a new book out now. I ordered a copy and it should be here soon. He was just on Robb's podcast, but since I just woke up I can't recall if there's any change on his fat stance. I recall that he said the editor really reigned him in in his first book, while the new one is supposed to...
  2. New Year = New Changes ... Going Gluten-Free?

You might be right as far as location and cost of a gluten free diet. My condolences on the recent fat tax you have to suffer with. If I was there I'd probably have been jailed for trafficking butter or lard by now. Here's a link to Robb's site where he breaks down the cost of food. Invalid...
  3. New Year = New Changes ... Going Gluten-Free?

And really living gluten free is not more expensive. Robb wolf and others have debunked this myth. One problem is that people assume you should use all of the gluten free analogs that are indeed more expensive and higher in calories than the original product.
  4. New Year = New Changes ... Going Gluten-Free?

I live gluten free even when I fall off the paleo wagon. Turns out it was causing me to have a ton of bloat, gas, acne, bacne, and red, inflamed looking knuckles. So long as I maintain the lifestyle, I have no problems with any of these and they come back in spades if I do eat gluten.
  5. Best Fatloss Stack I've ever used

In for more fat burner discussion... I'm a fan of the bronkaid+caffeine, but I must say I've never tried it with the ASA.
  6. Who wants a PES tshirt?

Just hours left...is it wrong that I'm looking forward to this more than I am the actual New Years Celebrations? If so, I don't wanna be right!
  7. Who wants a PES tshirt?

My interview was a listener spotlight on my weight loss. I credit Superhuman Radio with calling my attention to PES and the paleo diet that I follow now.
  8. Tell us why YOU want the Erase Pro Experience!

I'm using Erase Pro for a new year's cut/recomp. I'm at 195 lbs, and would like to hit 180 by March. I will stack it AT2 and Anabeta and DAA, plus some LCLT and TTA. Diet will be paleo/primal. Exercise program is up in the air, depending on what classes I take this coming semester.
  9. Who wants a PES tshirt?

PES has helped me shred over 60 lbs of fat, change my life, and open my eyes to the power and effect of the endocrine system on weight control! I've done 4 runs of AT2 and Erase, I'm on my first run of Anabeta, and I've gotten two other guys on the PES bandwagon. I ordered Erase Pro the day I...
  10. Erase Pro + TTA stack question

With the release of the new Erase Pro, I figured I should go ahead and ask some stupid questions now and get it out of the way before my bottle gets here :D I've been doing an AT2/DAA/LCLT stack, and after I'm done with the DAA around the end of December, I was thinking of swapping to TTA/LCLT...
  11. Erase/Shift/DAA Inquiry

Pardon the butting in, but with the holidays approaching, have there been any (and I mean any) foods that have been recently added into your diet?
  12. The Best Just Got Better - PES Erase Pro

    I just ordered!
  13. Want to log a bottle of AndroDrive?!

I'm quite interested in the use of Androdrive in conjunction with leaning out while also completing a full load of chem and math (premed) and working full time, because the motivation qualities sounds like quite a boon for schoolwork. But sadly, I have no PP stash to take a pic of. A 3x a week...
  14. Sarguy's Pre-Thanksgiving Paleo Mini-recomp (AT2, Erase, and Anabeta Style)

Weight this morning, 191.1 lbs. While it looks like I might not hit 185 lbs by thanksgiving, I am ok with that, as the addition of the PES stack to things have made a palpable (literally) difference in the fullness and vascularity of my muscles. Yesterday's workout was another hunting trip...
  15. Sarguy's Pre-Thanksgiving Paleo Mini-recomp (AT2, Erase, and Anabeta Style)

weight this morning: 192.2 lbs. Today's workout was an hour of boxing conditioning. I've been toying with taking a dose of Anebeta before bed, as endogenous test production rises during restful sleep. Therefore, I hypothesize that I could bump test production even more...
  16. Sarguy's Pre-Thanksgiving Paleo Mini-recomp (AT2, Erase, and Anabeta Style)

I used to be into fishing, but after a bout of suspected food poisoning that turned out to be the stomach flu (other people who did not eat the trout got it), I can't eat trout without getting queasy. I don't mind seafood, but the outlay needed to get into steelhead fishing (a big thing in my...
  17. DAA

I'm also looking forward to ordering DAA when it gets back in stock. AI's site still has it out of stock.
  18. Sarguy's Pre-Thanksgiving Paleo Mini-recomp (AT2, Erase, and Anabeta Style)

Yesterday's workout consisted of walking about ten miles, sprinting about 100 yards over rough terrain, lugging a deer a couple hundred yards, and squatting for ages while I dressed it out. I'm at my parents so measurements will have to wait. Diet has been clean paleo, save for beans and gluten...
  19. Sarguy's Pre-Thanksgiving Paleo Mini-recomp (AT2, Erase, and Anabeta Style)

A quick update while I'm at work: weight this morning is 195. Workout yesterday consisted of pullups, pushups, and some planks. I noticed that my pump seems to last a bit longer with the Anabeta on board. This weekend I'm off to go hunt deer, which will be a nice source of grassfed meat if I get...
  20. Sarguy's Pre-Thanksgiving Paleo Mini-recomp (AT2, Erase, and Anabeta Style)

Here's my measurements: Height: 5'11" Weight today: 196.6 (down from Monday's 197.8) Neck: 16 inches Bicep (relaxed): 14 inches Waist: 36.5 Umbilical: 37.5 Invalid Link Removed A quick photo for the evening. In contrast, here's one from May, in which I was around 220 lbs or so. Invalid Link...
