  1. The so-called "2 weeks off" they recommend

I hate to say it, but I'm very unfamiliar with proper warm-up and stretching techniques. Can you lend me any advice you may have off the top of your head? I have somewhat of an idea of how to warm-up and what not but I could use a lil veteran advice if someone can lend me some. I usually do very...
  2. M1t Pct

I haven't seen such a great, informative thread at ANY boards ever. It's great to view labwork of someone else to give me some piece of mind as to where I should stand during and after a cycle. Although no one is the same, it's good to have a general idea of how things should be.
  3. The so-called "2 weeks off" they recommend

I know it's 99% mental but I'm afraid that'll ruin my confidence at my powerlifting meet on Sunday. If I come in there thinking I'm weak, I'll lift weak. :(
  4. The so-called "2 weeks off" they recommend

Gotcha all. Ah yes, I couldn't live another week without lifting anyways, I'm not even done with my full week off yet and I keep thinking I'm wasting away like an AIDS patient. Comes to show how important lifting is after years of doing it!
  5. The so-called "2 weeks off" they recommend

With a PL meet on Sunday I am taking this week as my "off" week they recommend to help prevent overtraining and to avoid too many plateaus. I know they (AST-SS and other BBing experts) say you should take two weeks off here and there, but if I didn't lift for just one week, is that the same...
  6. Re-modelling my Routine!!

You bet it is! :) Nice to see ya here wojo.
  7. Re-modelling my Routine!!

Thanks for all the advice I appreciate it. Now here's the exact routine now: MON- Abs/Back/Calves Cruches: 3 sets Dumbbell Rows: 3x10 Figure-4 Crunches: 3 sets (per side) Wide Chins: 3x8 Calf Press: 6x20 Cable Rows: 3x8 TUE- Chest/Grip Dumbbell Bench: 3x6 Ivanko Super...
  8. Re-modelling my Routine!!

I see where you're coming from. I think what's key is that I shouldn't be working body parts that are closely related to other body parts, consecutive days. An example would be chest on one day, then shoulders the next day. I'm a big fan of incline/flat dumbbell presses for chest and doing...
  9. Re-modelling my Routine!!

Chuck's old school routine: MON- Chest/Triceps TUE- Legs/Calves (some abs, but very inconsistent here) THU- Shoulders/Back FRI- Biceps/Forearms Now, I have been lifting since the beginning of high school and I have finally learned that if you really want your forearms, abs, and calves to grow-...
  10. Good home-made MRPs

Here's my recipe for a cheap and highly effective MRP: 1/2 cup Syntrax Isomatrix Reloaded Protein- I find this to be the cheapest and most effective protein blend for this purpose. It also has a very anabolic additives in it such as glycocyamine. 1/2 cup raw oats- Finally you can have an MRP...
  11. Physical coming up ????

    Amanda says thank you :)
  12. Physical coming up ????

Don't know if you've decided to do this yet, but just to be safe I'd suggest either 800 MG milk thistle or 1000 MG NAC post cycle for atleast a few weeks just to be sure. Believe me, going in to get blood work re-done can be a real hassle and God forbid should it come back abnormal a second time...
  13. 18 year old 50 mg m1t

Yup. This kid is an insult to human intelligence. I'd like to see if he really has the balls to shoot the 1-test cyp. If he's really going into the Navy I'd be much more concerned over developing some cardio endurance over a heavy duty PH/steroid cycle.
  14. 18 year old 50 mg m1t

It's not the fact he's 18 that is the big problem with him. It is moreso that: 1) He shows he's done ZERO research on proper cycling...if he did any research on M1T (hell even if he read the description on it), he'd know 50 MG is more than double the max he should be starting at. 2) He is...
  15. Physical coming up ????

I did a 6-week cycle of just 600 MG 1,4 andro (Boldione) and I had blood work done the day it ended. HDL cholesterol was down to 12! LDL and triglycerides were very healthy though, ALT liver function (the one used most to assess liver infection) was 20 IU above the maximum recommended average...
