I love how you aren't contributing anything positive either. ...2 of us called him out and he continued. He's trolling period since he hasn't asked his question in his own thread....hijacked 2 threads already...why don't we ask the mods?
I got this from one of the recipe threads here on the forum...
I like one scoop protein powder
1/8 C almond milk
1 egg
1/4 TSP baking powder.
Pam the inside of A bowl, add wet ingredients, dry next, then mix and microwave from 75-105 seconds. Mines gtg after 90 seconds at school but at home...
Are you BLIND? I answered you and then some! And of course you need to refresh your memory on what YOU wrote because you DID state that EVERYONE should do YOUR workout! If anyone is butt hurt it's you!
If you can't contribute anything USEFUL to this post then don't post. I'm done with you and...
I got my PES Select Snickerdoodle in 2 days ago & first i want to say it tastes AMAZING! It mixes well in water, made a GREAT microwave Mug Cake as well as pancakes! However, for those that are lactose intolerant...while it has not given me cramps like regular whey does, it has made me VERY...
I just got an email from NutraPlanet.com and they have their Dymatize products on sale for up to 80% off! I have never tried the Iso-100 before but I have always read it tastes amazing. It's on sale for $21. 81 so I picked up a tub of Birthday Cake & Fudge Brownie....I hope those were good choices?
If the following things don't change your body will NOT grow:
Intensity (Degree of Effort)
Volume (weight x sets x reps)
Density (volume/time)
The OP that asked this question asked why can't everyone do his workout...you do need to vary this three things in order for muscular growth to...
First off...stating the day & time I made a post makes you sound like a troll stirring up trouble (and including "central time" makes ya sound like an a$$)...if you have always responded this way no wonder no one has ever answered your question. Secondly, all you have to do is search "variation...
Show me your research that everyone should train like you do. Remember you made the general statement first. Plus did you ever think as to why there are so many different ways to workout? If we only needed one way than all the other types of workouts would be useless.
For you maybe...don't forget everyone responds differently to various stimuli. I have to use volume training & do at least 30+ sets for my legs at various rep ranges with the high end at 20 & low end 5...and on a good day I do 1-2 50 rep sets. I'm 6ft & my legs are pretty well developed. However...
Maybe call the company to see if it expired prematurely...or maybe google the company to see if thay have any quality control issues...Sorry I couldn't help more
Oh I've been around bodybuilding/fitness for 30 years & I've know what you mean! I am currently a physical education teacher & even the other teachers all ask me "What can I do for my arms?" What can I do for my abs?" "How do I lose weight around ***insert body area here***?" Then when I try to...
Some many people have such one dimensional thinking when it comes to health & fitness. Many think more is better...or in the case of losing weight...less is better. Those are the people that you never see showing results. There are so many other factors that play into whether or not you are going...
I started lifting when I was 15 but it wasn't consistent. When I was 17 my friend's dad took us to a local gym to see a local bodybuilder train. The guy looked like one of the Steiner Brothers from the old WWF! I told myself I wanted to look like that. I never did the roids to get there (tempted...
I understand that but I think the word "over-training" is a bad word to use. Someone new to training will get mixed messages because when MOST trainers use the word "over-training" it's a bad thing. Muscle Exhaustion might be a better term for what he is doing...
I do basically what they are saying most of my workouts....work up to a heavy weight then drop down & rep out...However this is NOT "over-training" and I think they are misusing the word in this video. Over-training is just that...training your body beyond it's recovery abilities. There are days...
I just made this and it was AWESOME!!! I added Walden Farms Chocolate & Caramel sauce as a topping. The cake is a bit dry & the greek yogurt would be a good idea to moisten it...however I am lactose intolerant...any other suggestions? I thought about unsweetened apple sauce but I didn't know it...
They have a peanut butter & almond butter now too! But it's like $11 a jar!!! The price of 2 jars you can almost get a 2lb jug of peanut butter flavored protein powder! LOL
