This is why keeping an eye on fasted blood glucose levels is important. Not only that but many incorporate this within a slin protocol (similar to why you incorporate slin with gh) to counteract the decreased insulin sensitivity.

Yep. 2.5-3.5 hours in a single bout. What you need to remember is other variables. My genetic predisposition and ability to recover intra-set and between workouts, my peri-workout nutrition, periodization, etc.
I would highly prefer that single session as opposed to multiple sessions in one day...

Aminos are tremendous and you'll see a drastic increase in growth/recovery if you time them right. I wouldn't take them in during fasted cardio though…if your looking for optimal fat loss then they're simply not needed and you will have zero chance at losing any muscle tissue...
