True that, the average MD only gets 2-4 hours nutrition training in their entire medschool career LOL. Although, being that the OP obviously has some uncommon medical stuff going on, I'd research the h*ll out of every sup he considers taking and how it could possibly affect the disorders he...
I don't know if OP had this in mind, but he's not entirely wrong. Occasionally a person can develop an allergy to a food if consumed on a regular basis and/or in excess and/or for an extended amount of time. It has to do with certain antigens contained in the said food that can eventually...
Cardio score for the last week: 2/7... Pretty pathetic. Will improve this week.
"Bold" is a PR. "Red" is a set to failure. "*" is a new exercise or method.

AM: did a light BW routine just to help prevent DOMS and assess where I'm at with my functional strength. At the moment...
I took it pre workout my first day on, and felt a noticeable difference. Possible placebo, but a very experienced member of another forum logged it specifically as a preWO, to test a claim made by the owner of Antaeus, and the guy said he found it was a legit use for the compound. Besides that...
GH has a really short half life. It's pretty standard practice to not even test GH levels directly but to instead test IGF-1.

The half-life determined in the above study is between 7.6-10.4 minutes. Apparently the previously determined half-life was 10-15 minutes, but...
Maybe you should run it longer, to see if there is an additive effect? When I was prescribed GH by my endo, we waited a month to test my IGF-1, I guess the blood level builds over time. I'm not very familiar with RC GH/GF's, but I was prescribed GH a while ago and it ran me something like...
Haha, yeah I did the same thing diet-wise when I started my T4, I'm currently experimenting with a LG/CBL combo at the moment. My endo advised for the 1/4 for T4, with a discussion of needing to stay away from calcium for the the 4 hours post-dose. He gave me the 2/2 suggestion for the T3, I...
Forgot to add, had my arms measured about an hour after the gym last night, after my poWO meal. So, not totally cold but most of the pump had dissipated, anyways, measured in at 16"'s (flexed)! That's the best measurement I've had yet. Pretty stoked.
Might have been water weight? If your tracking your food on a spreadsheet or myfitnesspal, you might want to go back over it and check your sodium intake as well as whether or not you are getting enough water in. I'm pretty sure a lack of water will cause your Anti-Diuretic Hormone level to...
Subbed, after months of debate I finally got my endo to add T3 to my T4 therapy. He started me at 10 mcg's a day in two doses lol, but it's a starting point. At least I finally found an MD that will listen to the voice of reason.
Very interested in this log. Lots of good discussion already...
