    I would not run Nolva as my PCT for var. Clomid or Torem! Along with a natty Test Booster. Personally Nolva I do not like. Do research on the side effects. IMO Nolva = NO BUENO!!!!

    Methyl 1-D is a weak PH. You most definitely will need to Post Cycle because it is suppressive, it does give result's though. If you are looking for something natural. Free test + HGHUp will be good.

    This has never happened to me, I always erupt like a volcano more or less bahahaha Basic Principles: More you wack the less volume you have, and you wont last long in the sack. The move you have sex the less you have, but you develop and last longer. Unless your italian... then you should have...

    Drink about 1 gallon of water a day when using creatine. My favorite is Con-cret, but every one is hyping creatine nitrate. With Con-cret you will see awesome quality gains!
