Yes, it IS a long road to maximum human potential. Why not take some short CUTs?

Invalid Link Removed Summer Synopsis: So, Summer was rough on the road towards maximum human potential, mostly because of all the sick family I had to visit, I ended up being out of town for an accumulative 5 weeks between July and August. This month has been mostly about getting my strength...

ForeRunner Labs Logging Opportunities - Act Fast!

Hey Royd and FRL, I would be very interested in the solo 5-Alpha Test or Alpha Mass + 5-Alpha Test run. I have traditionally had trouble with estrogen-specific bloat due to low DHT levels and was actually considering running a personal log (not online) of 5-Alpha Test to see what benefits I...

    The Official Hypothyroidism Thread

Damn, good luck man. And I agree, there is always a reason, spiritual and physiological. And if there is a cause, there is a solution. I once read a story about a carpenter whose wife had fallen ill with some sort of chronic disease that there was no cure for. The guy had no scientific...

    The Official Hypothyroidism Thread

Wow, that does sound rough. I can kinda commiserate. In 2003, I had a full body CAT scan when was unconscious in the ER after being hit by a car, and when I woke up they told me I had all these broken bones and a concusion and what not, "..and, oh, we also found a pituitary tumor" lol. The...

    The Official Hypothyroidism Thread

GREAT thread. I'm a fellow hypothyroid lifter, diagnosed a year ago. I'll be along for the ride if this picks up again. AmyKat, that is quite a story, at the least you will want to get off those narcotics. The average MD won't give you any alternatives, but if you find a good doc they will...

Did you have your cortisol measured? You might want to do a day of taking saliva samples throughout the day. I did this and found that my cortisol output dropped below normal around 2:00pm, the reason for my excessive afternoon lethargy.

Haha, I didn't know anyone was following this, I was kinda starting to feel like that weird kid who sits in the corner and talks to himself. Well, thanks for the complement :). Truth be told, I have experimented with adding meat to my diet for prolonged amounts of time and have felt no...

Yes, it IS a long road to maximum human potential. Why not take some short CUTs?

07.10 - 07.24 Cardio Score: 7/15 Not bad, a lot of what I've recorded as cardio hasn't necessarily been a strict cardio activity, but something where I ended up getting a good cardiovascular challenge without that being the point of the activity. I should probably start doing stationary bike...
