    plant based diet?

Protein instigates a high insulin response, similar to carbohydrates. Meat typically has a high protein content, and therefore induces insulin release. If you'd rather talk about personal experiences than published research, I know a guy who was pretty much 'Mr. Meat', ate hamburgers and the...

Sorry, that sounded really combative. I've had a sh!tty day lol. But for real, I'd be interested to see some contradictory research.

    The Official Hypothyroidism Thread

It's possible that there was a rebound effect with the l-dopa. If your dopamine levels were increased during l-dopa administration that would have a suppressive effect on prolactin which could set the regular checks and balances out of whack to some degree which would then lead to a slight...

Yeah I believe the target range most docs work with is 300-900. I'm not sure if peaking at 1100+ would have any negative health effects in the long run, might be something you want to look into, but if you feel great and don't have any sides, then there's no real reason to change it up that I...

    UR SPRAY

Yo if you have any interest in running a log of your UR spray results, I'd totally follow. I similarly had no results with the ursobolic when it came out last year, and have been trying to justify dropping 80+shipping on the new formulation combo. I think your log might be what would finally...

Actually I'd say that sounds about right for 125 mg 2.5 days post injection. I'm assuming you are using enanthate or cypionate. I peak around 900 on 100mg cyp.

I like upright row with a 45* bend at waist for traps and posterior delts. A really nasty trap-tastrophe combo is DB shrugs followed by the upright row w/45* bend. Nasty.

Of the top of my head D-Aspartic Acid and Agmatine can both raise prolactin. I'm sure there are many more. Do you have a list of what you have been on?

I just read above that you have already had an MRI showing no macroadenoma (big tumor), but as beast said above, it is entirely possible you have a microadenoma (small tumor), which is much easier to deal with.

Has the doc talked to you about the possibility of a prolactinoma? This is the main cause of prolactiaemia (high prolactin), a tumor of the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland which is an overgrowth of lactotroph cells that secrete prolactin. There are currently only two treatments accepted...
