    I found out what is causing my pain in my forearms....When I was doing my preacher curls I was gripping the bar way to tight and it cause the pain there....Yesterday I did some light dumbbell curls and payed better attention to my grip as my forearms still are sore but I was again to curl them...

    Oh yeah one more thing about that Analyzer...I didnt really look at the instructions before I did my first test with it and I was in the 8%, haha. I was like wtf, ru serious? Then I realized I had to hold it 90 degrees, oh well.
