Agreed. But I feel like most guys are like "yeah take your max dose the first day, it's a wasted week to work up." But I think I'd rather waste a week getting into a cycle smoothly than to waste half a cycle cutting it short. It feels better how I do it now. Gradually.- rayjay

Very first pulse just do 15 pre and see how you feel. (Sometimes BP spikes and makes working out difficult. Make sure to breath and not grunt and hurt your head with the extra BP) Then 15 pre 15 post should be good. Make sure to get a lot of protein in immediately after your workout to take... -

Hows my H-drol and 4-AD dosing look?
Preload hawthorn berry (or your cycle support) for a full two weeks of you have any concerns about blood pressure. I preloaded one week and the BP spike of hawthorn (spikes then controls BP) and BP spike of Hdrol hit me at the same time. It was a little scary. -

Gyno? What now?
If you're getting surgery, skip the letro IMO. I started shedding like MAD when I took letro. Decided I'd rather have gyno and a full head of hair than the opposite... Gyno can be removed That, and you risk more serious sides like damaging your joints, blood clots, etc- rayjay

I will be starting a PH/DS cycle after the holidays. I am wondering if it would be advisable to take osta 20mg/day as I preload my cycle support to get the ball rolling, and bridge into my DS, or if that would be worthless. I've seen people using it to keep gains in PCT and I think I will use... -
