Sup AM, got a question. Since I've lost a lot of weight and am continuing.....I've got bad stretch marks all over my abdomen and right on my lower ab just up to my pubic area, my skin is loose/stretched out... just kinda flabby. Makes it look even fatter than it is. Once I cut down a bit...
Yeah trying to do a research paper on logical fallacies at the end of the day after the gym with only 80 carbs was just...not possible. I gotta have them lol
I tried doing this for a while and failed... my ability to train and do cardio as well as work and go to school is just....not possible without my carbs... I felt like a zombie and everything started slipping pretty quickly... I brought my carbs back up to 150-200 and I'm feeling better again...
I only am feeling lethargic in the sense that I'm not getting **** done like I used to. slacking on homework...taking longer to do that "thing" on my to-do list... I'm wondering if I need to up the carbs for my brain to work. haha. hmm hmm.
I just want to say that once your tolerance builds up after 2-3months... libido and other functions return in full force....it's just an adjustment that your body goes through with weightloss, etc. I feel those who are new to it need to be conscious of appetite, but I wouldn't say if you've...
8lbs is very good man. That sounds like a successful cycle to me. You said you wanted to take it slow.. in my humble, humble opinion, I'm sure you could have done a couple things better in your first cycle too as far as diet/training goes. With 8lbs of lean gains you could probably train harder...
idk if there's a such thing as a fake cut! No I'm not prepping for a show. Simply eating a deficit..but I still need to get my sweet stuff in... but yes Frank I totally agree with you.
I work two jobs as well as go to school full time and I still find it hard to not workout 5-6x a week.. However I'm not training for strength atm..but summer aesthetics...yet I haven't noticed a DESCREASE in any lifts..some have gone up even though I've done shoulders/triceps 2x in the past 96...
I like this one for the morning if I don't want to cook breakfast. Split it into two servings for the first couple hours of the day:
1/2C dry oats
2 Scoops Syntha-6 or Optimum
1 medium banana
5-6 strawberries
1/2C bluberries
1C skim milk
water as needed for the right consistency
My first ever ph though.... But I figured cost wise and maybe even just for better results...? so skip LX and intimidate and just grab some erase caps? I think I'll do that. Thanks for clearing up the blurred vision thing too-no pun intended
Yeah I just bust out the dill dip for my veggies... It's a more natural kind. So I'm only taking the hit with fat cals which I've got more than enough room for. works out. Dip the entire head of the broccoli/cauliflower in. Haha. Cut it into bite sizes.
Ahh well at age 35 I'm not entirely sure what changes haha... But I know incline walking preserves a lot yet burns a SOLID amount of cals... running takes a tolllll when done for cutting every day. ugh! haha. It takes a long time to lose muscle, and if you're not running/eating a stupid deficit...
I LOVEE me some milk. Skim too!! Back before dieting, I used to alternate cause I like both but consistently drinking skim then going back to 2%.....goodness.. It's something special. I've found that even skim milk has been contributing too many cals to my cut though so a half gallon lasts me...
