    Are Digestive Enzymes... really... necessary?

    NOW Digest Platinum and Garden of Life Omega-Zyme Ultra are the best of the best and are plant-based but are expensive. Now Super Enzymes are a cheap alternative but the Betaine can irritate you if you have erosions, ulcers, etc. Both are very high in Protease and Lipase.

    Would be happy to do either. Have never logged but it can't be harder than putting tech docs together... :) 39 years old. 5'11, 185lbs. I work out 5-6 days a week and use a pre most of the time but alternate between 1,3 and non-1,3 containing products. Would follow whatever protocol given though.
