    Abyss is the best I've tried thus far. Always rested even if sleep is interrupted, better focus during the day, feel a lot less stressed. Dont wake up feeling hungover either. Took a few days to get the full effects. About to finish my third bottle. Not a rep.

    "Nesquik" tasting protein

    The absolute closest in flavor is new syngex serious chocolate in milk or almond milk. It's less sweet, but the core taste is pretty damn close. My kids even ask for sips. I added some nectresse today and it was a nesquik clone. Great value too.

    2 caps 45 min before bed. My experience in general is don't take sleep aids too soon. Fighting sleep caused undesirable effects. Have done 1-2 mg melatonin if i had stims too late.

    I deal with sleep, stress, and anxiety issues. Abyss UP helps me with all. I don't wake up feeling drunk if my sleep is interrupted and still feel rested if I can only get 5 hours in. I remember more dreams too. All are happy and/or funny.Currently on my third bottle. Need to give it a few days...

    I meant milk protein isolate, but "insert isolate here" works too. Either way, I think that would depend on the individual's own body as well as how they are using the protein. Edit: Milk protein in general for that matter...
