    Chest

I think bigger muscle groups might take longer to recover than others and ideally 48 hours is great but still a short window for micro-tears which can inhibit growth. I agree with you but most people hear "light ay" and think baby weights. Train hard every set and every rep no matter what the...

Workout first thing in the am?

Nutritional feeding happens 24/7, not just pre and post workout. I read about a good stim pre-workout in the AM, heck yeah. Test levels for most men are highest in the AM. I train at 5:45AM, no pre-workout meal just a good pre and a good isolate post. Powdered BCAA's intra, stim free.

    Chest

    If you want to consistently grow you have to stim both muscle fibers. Incline Press: 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 6 Flat Press: 4 x 10-12 Dips: 4 x 15 Flyes/Pec Deck: 4 x 20 Light/Heavy days are a waste of time IMO

    High cholesterol&kidney levels+Osta

Sounds correct, like I said I am not a doctor and started to learn after the first MI on 7.12.12. Don't drink, don't smoke, do 45-60 of cardio everyday and eat cleaner than clean. Have gone from 250 in 2012 to 210 right now. When I go for check-ups they usually look at the blood work which is...

    High cholesterol&kidney levels+Osta

Been told by numerous heart doctors that cholesterol forms plague that can sit on arterial walls. As that wall thins and restricts blood flow it causes a rise in blood pressure. About the mother gene, thought it was weird myself but after two heart attacks, 2012 and 2013, and going for a stress...

    High cholesterol&kidney levels+Osta

Do what the doctor suggests and be sure to get your results so you can compare them. Cholesterol medication isn't only about HDL and LDL, it's about breeaking down the plaque that sticks to arterial walls and causes blockages. Also, genetics play a crucial role for men and heart disease. The...

    Too much protein?

Keep your protein consistent each day for a couple of weeks. If your not getting tighter, drop the carbs but not the calories. Increase the protein to make up for the carb/calorie drop. To get below 11% you have to look at sodium also….just my opinion. When I drop eggs and replace with chicken...

Best cardio routine for fat loss

Anything that you will do for at least 30 minutes. First 10-15 burn sugar, time after that burns fat. They say the stair master is the king, I hate doing it. Like putting the treadmill at an incline.
