AK's Preworkouts DeathMatch! Craze, SPMax, Lit-Up, Pumpbol, Ultima, etc..

It has lots benefits just avoid it around training, I think its only 1g of creatine per serving so you should be fine

    Protocol DCP

OG Protocol is a solid product and we're keeping it however, there is a pre workout in formulation that is going to be called Protocol Evolved. It is not replacing protocol, both products will be sold. :D

AK's Preworkouts DeathMatch! Craze, SPMax, Lit-Up, Pumpbol, Ultima, etc..

Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link RemovedI have an IF diet and use Na-R-Ala as my anti-oxidant before bed since it should also help boost AMPK for the fasting period. Don't think antioxidants are bad, they're helpful just not before training

@dsade acquired Renegade, so far two days in a row using just a pea-sized amount and I'm liking it. Would there be an issue with over use here? Like applying once a day every day? My mood seemed so much better on it, it was almost an energy boost lol

    Protocol DCP

TTA cleared customs recently, DCP and all the other goodies lining up for production. This will be the last batch of DCP with TTA and I think most of it will come here to NP. Protocol is in the works with a small change, or update you could say. Not the pre workout version but something new :D

    BCAAs are anti-catabolic

Its hard to say as to what would benefit recovery most but I assume 5pre/10post would be best. I would consider that sipping, an easy way to think about it is, if you slam 1 shot of tequila it wall have a far more prominent effect than if you were sipping it for an hour :p ^^^Not exact science...
