    So did USPlabs deliver all the boxes to UPS to ship or did UPS come to USP's location ( which I think happened) ?? And the delay, was it caused by UPS holding all the shipments or did USPLABS cause the delay by contacting UPS late ? Obviously I'm somewhat confused
