    Syringe not loading...?

Make sure the needle is screwed on tight to the syringe. If there is air coming through there you won't get a drop of oil and it'll pull back very easily

    Needing advice

If you doubt the efficacy, generally speaking of course, use anecdotal evidence. NFL players are always the go-to. Drugs or not, how many athletes do you see with physiques that ***** LB's or DE's? I can assure you they do plenty of HIIT in the form of technical and tactical drills and still...

    Toe strength for optimal speed

Subbed for later. As an aside, I love the ignorance regarding the big toe's importance. Big toe problems more or less ended the careers of two of the largest (and most dominant) athletes in their respective sports; Shaq and Johnathon Ogden. Great idea for a post

Is there a good substitute for extension?

It may have something to do with the degree of flexion at the shoulder since the long head of the triceps also extends the shoulder. Interesting

Dynamic and max lifts in same week?

The concern after max effort days is the CNS. Even though you may not be sore, it doesn't necessarily mean your CNS has recovered adequately. Top end strength is heavily dependent on neural adaptations and contributions

This x100. Any coach that allows you to constantly become injured is either not paying attention or missing huge flaws in technique

    Lifting during football season

Plan to lift 2-3 times per week with, as stated, high intensity and lower volume. Personally, I would lift Saturday, Monday, Wednesday or just Saturday and Tuesday. If you go w 3 days, keep the last day relatively light with plenty of mobility work to ensure you're not at all hindered Friday...

    Is my intensity too high?

Intensity isn't merely a mindset of going hard. It's used, more often than not, to refer to the percentage of 1rm you're using for that particular lift.

    Upper/Lower Split Schedule & Rest

Bulking is going to be determined by diet far more than your lifting template. That being said, your upper days aren't remotely close to being balanced. You need far more pulling and external rotation work for starters.

    First Cycle Test C

5'11'' 151 lbs? Steroids are a temporary fix bc you clearly don't have adequate knowledge of diet and training. I wouldn't advise doing any cycles until you make actual progress without aas

Google research chemicals clomid/torem/nolva whichever SERM you're looking to take. Others can chime in with more detailed info but there's your very important first step.

    Hst help

Agree 100%. The bar path for an o/h press obviously starts at the clavicle but at the top, the bar should be roughly even with the ears.

Shoulder ache towards end of set?

Also consider your overall ratio of internal:external rotation work (as I'm sure those links go over) and consider your training split. If you're using a bodypart split, be mindful that your shoulders are heavily involved on chest days, back days, as well as shoulder days.

    Need help stopping pulling/tearing muscles

Without knowing the actual diagnosis and some other information we can only be as general as you've been. With that said, I would recommend A. Getting stronger B. Utilize a dynamic warm up and do not static stretch prior. It has been shown to reduce force production and sprinting is a high force...

    Squatting without spotters?

Either is fine. I personally do it about an hour before my warmup, time permitting, and in the evening on just about every day.
