    The new pump bottles and thicker consistency are convenient but there needs to be an improvement in shipping or packaging. All 6 pump bottles have arrived with significant leakage and the packages are a mess to open. The tab and cap are insufficient to keep the liquid/gel inside the bottle.

    Technically you can store fat on a deficit if say you eat enough calories in one feeding to necessitate fat storage. You will, however, still have a net loss of fat for the day.

    Going to pass on this. Just doesn't work out cost per serving for me. 27 serving Select $19.99 = 648g protein 24 serving of this stuff $19.98 = 360g protein 45% less protein "Classic" oatmeal flavors are neat but not worth it for me. YMMV
