This is me now, and I want to be bigger...

Do you track your diet (macro split)? If not, you need to start yesterday. As far as body fat... you're waaayyy beyond 15%. I would say 25-30% You just got extra puffy from your cycle... not muscular. I would worry about getting smaller first. Here's a graph to give you an idea: Nvm, i cant...

Are oral test boosters hype or do they really work?

DAA made me lethargic. Alot of people say it works but the blood tests ive seen show a raise in E and lower free T. I like AIs for test boosting (well, the blocking of e conversation)

Total caloric intake? How consistant? What does your routine look like? Do you drink or smoke? The guys here will...

How to get rid of abdominal fat?

Right, there is no such thing as spot fat loss. Try intermittent fasting and HIT training. A tight abdominal/core section is about 70% diet, 30% training. Remember that abs on a skinny guy is like boobs on a fat girl... it doesnt count! :P

First Ever Cycle Summary - What to cycle next?

10 weeks is on the short side anyways imo. I dont know your lifting history but those numbers are a little on the low side. Maybe try a kickstarter and a 12-14 week cycle.

    Looking to gain muscle

Start with a 40/40/20 macro split based on your daily minimum caloric requirement. Up the calories by 100 per day after the first couple weeks until you find the qty that fits you best. Reduce carbs to shred or up them to gain. I do a 50/30/20 based on 2100 calories daily as im on a cut. It...

    Looking to gain muscle

Lifting for 3 years at 19, so started at 16... you should be massive if you were really working at that age. The fact that you want to jump on halodrol at 19 and have no idea about diet is scary. You at least understand Macros right? Not being a dick but... the mindset you potray is that of an...

    hair loss question

No way to really know i suppose... i have never had any hair loss but am prone to mpb by genetics. My brother was bald at 21. Permanent hair loss is one of the huge factors that holds me back from AAS use. I would say that if you're showing symptoms now you will make the loss nuch more rapid...

    lower abs

Abs are generally considered 70 percent diet and 30 percent routine. Leg raises are great for lower abs. Throw some oblique work in for good measure to help get the look.
