    Exactly why I said 'when used properly'. Your right, diuretics can be deadly. But I've also managed my water and sodium to such an extent before that low dose hctz had no effect.

    HCTZ is excellent when used properly and in moderation. A very useful product/drug. Those who aren't educated on Lasix and aren't using it for top level BB (or medical) purposes should stay the hell away.

    You may not need much of an AI like Adex (but its fine to use). It's hard for us to tell where your E levels are at the moment. Also, if you've never used it, you'll need to start low and incrementally work your way up to access your response and sensitivity. Just take Adex for example...

    Aromasin will do a good job lowering the estrogen. I would also up the Nolva to 40 for about 1 week and I bet the gyno flare ups will stop. Then back it off to 20 the following week. Play it by ear and slowly taper off based on how you progress. Nolva doesn't do much to combat/lower estrogen...

    I would use the AI (aromasin or adex) during cycle. I strongly feel that PCT is easier and more effective if estrogen is already under control when entering PCT, rather than trying to fix your estrogen problems while simultaneously combating your crashing test levels. Then you can use an OTC...
