    B complex and vitamin C from the little I know. Other than that, time is the key. I've been through it too. Couldn't stay off the toilet...eh. Good luck. I know it sucks.

    I just started using it but I like it. I switch between craze and novem every other workout and the craze seems to motivate me more. That could just be the stim dose though.     Funny stuff...no. Its just purified water. Takes natural minerals out so it leaves the body better. It'll say on the label. Can get it anywhere. I do it anytime I cut weight. I use craze now and my hydration, according to my scale, is the same as when I use kre alkaline.

    When I'm worried about water retention I switch to distilled water but make sure I get my electrolytes.
