Testosterone went from 609 to 997 and I feel no different.

If this is directed to me, no, my doc nor I would be happy w 1500, that's stupid high and there's estrogen problems that come w that high of a test level. I've never needed a AI, but at those levels you prolly would. More is not better, I've been on trt for a while now and we have my dose...

Testosterone went from 609 to 997 and I feel no different.

This, early on when my endo and I were figuring out correct dose, 150 put me in the 1300's and I felt like total a.ss 200 would have me around 1500..

Help for a 42 year old Ectomorph

In my experience, just about everyone who's underweight doesn't eat as much as they think they do. You don't need anabolics or peptides, you need to EAT. Get myfitnesspal and log your foods. If the scale isn't moving, eat more. Couple this w big compound movements and you can't help but gain...

Opinions on my form for squats

Not terrible. Drive elbows under the bar/push head back into the bar to help keep your chest up. As mentioned, you're getting folded over a little at the bottom. And what herder said...

    Trt dose

I'm gonna go on record and say that the vast majority of men on trt are on a far lower dose. I don't have any studies to back that claim up, it's based on 100's of hours researching trt before I started, and the many members on this forum and others I've interacted with. You may be the...

    Trt dose

Congrats? If you read my post, I said, very clearly that I was referring to my levels. Nowhere did I say this is what his levels would be.

    Trt dose

There's little they can/could do. Rbc's have a life span of 120 days. As far as treating trt related polycythemia, there are only 2 options: drop the dose and wait it out, or therapeutic phlebotomy. I've done both - yes, I have polycythemia from 120/week. EDIT: I also take a full dose aspirin...

    Trt dose

200/week isn't trt, it's a mini cycle. Your Endo should start you out at around 100, retest levels, then adjust. That's what mine did. You're setting yourself up for hemoglobin/hematocrit problems at that dose, and may need an ai as well. Put it this way, I'm at 60 twice a week, and have been...

Dmax's pursuit for power & performance Yeah, considering the APF elite total at 198 is 1780, I'd say so.

Dmax's pursuit for power & performance

As someone who sees you lift just about every weekend, I disagree. IMO, your good for 1700-1750 right now. I've seen you squat 710 I'm pretty sure you'd bench 450-475 I'm pretty sure you'd pull 550-575 That's 1710 right there and not a bad day at the office. The problem lies between your...

I'm 6'5 and find squats extremely difficult.

The correct back angle is the one that allows you to move the most weight w/o getting folded over, and is also influenced by stance width. Highly individual...
