Niacin and GH experience.
Dr. What is your say on regular Niacin being hepatoxic at high doses of 1-2+ grams? I have read numerous articles stating this. Also what changes have you noticed on yourself and/or clients by taking 2 grams of Niacin over a period of time? Cheers- ironwiz

Plus a lot of Australian made supplements are just ****ing ****. I mean have you seen half of the crap that is sold on mrsupplement? For eg. They sell something called HGHup and it contains two amino acids and they sell it for $99 WTF.- ironwiz

I wouldn't call it junk bro. How are proven supplements like anabeta, erease DAA .etc junk? They work and its a **** load cheaper buying it from NP. Plus BB is our hobby if i wasnt spending some money on proven supps i probably would be blowing it on going out and alcohol.- ironwiz

It depends on your budget mate. Orange triad is a great one. If your strapped for cash then NOW Foods Adam is decent. If money is not a problem then something like AOR Ortho-Core is meant to be the best. Stay away from things like Animal pak and Opti-men.- ironwiz
