I have also thought the same thing. I wasn't exactly anorexic. But from ages 15-18 I consumed around 500-700 calories everyday. That's pretty screwed up for a 6ft guy. My gains have been a fair amount below average. Despite hard training and proper calorie/macro intake. I always see fantastic...
LOL he opens up his bottle one morning "**** man I don't think I'm gonna make it".
I agree that 60 is too much. I ran 45/45/45/60/60/60/60/60 for my first AAS cycle. Gains were insane but so were the back pumps and lethargy.
Question about the low dose epi cycle.
Why is it so stressed that I must be taken in the morning? I lift around 8pm, wouldn't it be better to be taken an hour PWO?

Exact same thing happened to me during the last two weeks of my epi cycle and most of pct as well. I think the depression has a lot to do with the lack of estrogen as well. It feels horrible bro.
So I'm running "pro gear" by proscription nutrition. Anybody used this before? It's the same as sdmz2.0. Although I'm not seeing the results I hear people talk about. Two and a half weeks in I'm up about 8lb. My strength has increased but not very much. About 10 on bench 50 on leg press. I'm...
