    2g is unlikely to give you diarrhea. I've used as high as 4-6g with no issues. Being water soluble and in your case it's not all in 1 dose you will be fine.

    I find this product very tricky to understand. Hence why I don't sell it in my shop. And what are the chances of the active ingredients not being on the label.... that's assumption though.
