Getting buzzed with APS Mesomorph! (sponsored)

Just going to finish the Meso off with some body weight workouts. Pretty much what I can do in hotel rooms or any gym I pass on the way. Will do a complete review soon.

I admit I was a douche against gyms like PF. I failed to realize everyone has to start the journey somewhere and someway. Just because my path is different and best for me, doesn't mean it's the best for everyone.

The Tiananmen square incident is unknown to most of the Chinese people. From the info I have read, they seem to have absolute control over the media and many other things. Maybe the policies of Bush were in line with what the Chinese government wants their populace to accept.

Thanks. Found I was concentrating too much on hitting the 300, so went high rep deads for a while and kept the 'heavy' stuff to 225. My body likes that. Almost forgot that thanks to OCD.

Our education, taxes, debt, health care and overall intelligence is a big joke to them. Obama hate, not sure. I feel the % is much lower. I think it's...

Hit my goal before the new year! Deadlift-10-8-5-5-3-3-3-2-3 Last two sets were for 300. Very happy to get there again. I was at 300 before the wrist break last year. I shared out a few scoops of Mesomorph. It seems I don't do very well when not taking it. Almost like I need it to start the...
