I still dont understand why so many people chase a pump and buy all these supps like a junky looking for their next fix. Eat, hit the gym, and kick ass why you are there and you will grow. If you happen to get a pump like your boyfriend Arnold (who got really creepy with the pump), then thats an...
Ive had continued shoulder issues after a surgery that caused an imbalance. I read up and saw that in order to keep good shoulder health you should have a 2:1 ratio of back/pull and presses. Since I have started doing that it has helped tremendously. Hope you get your issue figured out!
Actually, you are partially correct. Try and stay away from NSAIDS up to 4 hours before your work out if you dont take them frequently. HOWEVER, an article that was on here a couple weeks ago about ArA cited a study that showed constant use of NSAIDS did not interfere. I cant remember but I...
Just my two cents but doing direct ab work isn't all that beneficial. If you don't want big obliques lose weight until you get the look you desire. Genetics play a big role on where you lose weight as it has been proven that direct exercise to a body part is pretty insignificant for targeting...
Does anyone worry about long term use causing cancer? I know supplementing with it is relatively new but I've stayed away just because of the potential cancer concern. Has anyone came across anything showng that its a non-issue?

I was told you need to cycle off of melatonin but I love the stuff when I need a good night sleep... But nowhere near 10 mg/kg. Max I have ever used is 3mg a night.
That argument could be made but would have no proof to support that theory that its key to building muscle.
From an interview of Dr. Layne Norton:
MP: Do you believe that the muscle pump is the single best indication of a good workout or is actual fatigue the trigger to muscle growth?

Minus pumps making you look swoll, pumps don't do anything and there is no proof that the pump builds muscle. I just don't get why people put so much emphasis on it? Progressive overload for the win!
I think the study that he is refering to is about how much protein it takes to spark protein synthesis. Which is something around 25-30g and that anything over a certain amount which was just over that minimum didn't give any more positive effect.
In my opinion, I think its more important to...
