  2. ERASE + back pain

Has anyone who has tried erase suffered from back pain while on it? I am having almost no joint pain (just a hint in my knees), but the middle of my back seems to flare up some...didn't know if I should definitely take that as a sign of the erase or not. I am only taking two capsules....
  3. Vitamin D???

Yeah I take 3-4000 iUs a day....some people would say the 15000 is way too much, but I am not sure...I mean your skin produces approximately 10,000 ius from a half hour of sunlight.

  5. New blood work Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

For clarification purposes, this is newer research, so they are going to look at changing the appropriate TSH range.
  6. New blood work Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Matrix, hopefully you can comment on this as well...but your TSH is actually too high as well (I know its within "range")...but I believe the government body (can't remember what the name is) considers anyone with a TSH over 3 as hypothyroid and anyone over TSH of 2-2.1 will likely have issues...
  7. Pre-Workout supplements effect on Blood Pressure?

I can say with 100% certainty that it could very well be your preworkout supp....used to take no-xplode, having the same problem, went to the doctor, by bp was 154/105, almost stage 2 hypertension....went off no-xplode, came back in two weeks, was down to 128/78...and no, I didn't use the...
  8. why adrenals/thyroid/then sex hormones?

Well not 100% sure, but it's probably bc the adrenals and thyroid tend to get the sex hormones out of whack, not the other way around...you can treat t, but that won't improve your thyroid, but if you treat the thyroid and you have a t problem, both may get better...makes sense....
  9. Sexual problems Plzzz Help!!!!!

Can you explain that? Thats sort of interesting....as I have gotten older, I have given up porn and when I have sex, its better...

  13. from well endowed to shrunken penis / what would you do.???

Agree with Matrix, need to get more testing done, best guess would be free test issues without any more info. Can't treat yourself on "best guesses" however.
  14. test and estrogen imbalance question...

Ok, first of all, what are your vitamin D levels? If your LH level is sufficient and you are SURE that your testes are working, then vitamin D can OFTEN be the culprit, especially since most of us are deficient. As for your estrogen question, everyone is different in regards to what their...
  15. Best NCAA Legal pre-workout supplement

Definitely this....same effects as a pre workout without all the other crap in it...may wanna take some creatine on the side or whatever, but I try to stay away from all the other stuff (not that its "bad" for most, just have had some bad experiences myself)
  16. Erase mini review

Actually my initial thoughts were damn, you're lucky, it must be suppressing e and you are therefore getting extra T....explains the aggressive mood shift...
  17. from well endowed to shrunken penis / what would you do.???

I believe the shrinkage you speak of is usually attributed to a marked decrease in your free testosterone...thats what usually gives us the "hang"....can't say for sure though. Keep your head up, as I mentioned before been there, had similar problems...I was a college baseball player and...
  18. Sucralose?

I will try to find some studies I have read for you, but it is not due to insulin response....aspartame does not occur naturally, so your liver can't properly metabolize it in the way it would natural sugar (which is why food companies can market it as having 0 calories, bc the body won't accept...
  19. Sucralose?

I am not an expert, so maybe wait for someone else to respond....but I DO know that aspartame, another artificial sweetener, hinders your body's ability to break down fat...so possibly
  20. What are your daily essentials?

Multi Fish Oil Vitamin C (usually 2 g a day) Zinc Vitamin D3 (2000 IU) Quick question though actually, I heard it would be very beneficial to take calcium citrate with Vitamin D3 to help absorption, is this true? Would like to know the best way to handle that, bc my Vitamin D is on the low...
