    Just got my mesomorph and 2 creatine nitrates, shirt, cup, and lots of sample goodies today....thanks APS and JudgementDay......so if i take a scoop of mesomorph and 3caps nitrates im good for the day? and what about off days with no mesomorph, do i still need to take CN, and if so what dose??

    I could be wrong but i think it starta in january.....question for APS guys....does the nitrate need to be cycled.....i cycle most products and alot of people cycle there creatine, but that is one supp i dont cycle, along with multi,bcaa,fish oul, and protein...wasnt sure being a different form...

    Im gonna try some bronkaid (25mg) caffeine (200mg) white willow bark (??)...found 400mg tablets by NOW Foods...is 400mg the correct serving with this or is 800 optimal....also want to add the yohimbine (2.5 mg per tab) so how much of this is desired... ps...gonna be stacked with AT2, so should...
